Mr Khalil, of Leicester, had his taxi hit whilst parked in the rank. Although it was only minor damage, Council rules meant he should not use it whilst damaged. EasiGo arranged a plated taxi, and for his to be repaired. The replacement taxi was delivered next morning.

Mr McGurn, of Hull, was hit, was hit in rear at speed, at a roundabout. His insurers told him his taxi was a write-off, & would not supply him with a courtesy taxi, to use until he had been paid out. Mr Beeston, of Warrington, had his van hit by an HGV reversing into him. Because the van was on a company policy, there was a very high excess, which his insurers wanted to charge him. Fully comprehensively Insured Drivers.
Even if you are fully comp insured, you may well not be entitled to the help you deserve, when you have a non fault accident claim.
